1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the ck49 platform ("ck49", "we", "our") and the user of the platform ("user", "you", "your").
By accessing the ck49 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

3. Account Security
3.1 Password Protection

3.2 Unauthorised Access

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). No deposits below this limit will be processed.

- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may result in account closure

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
ck49 takes a strict stance against money laundering and illegal financial activity. In the case of suspicious transactions, we may request additional identity verification (KYC) and proof of the source of funds.
5. Withdrawal Policy
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the withdrawal amount, payment method, and verification process.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals cannot be made until the bonus wagering requirements are met
- Unusual withdrawal patterns may require additional verification
- Bank transfers may be delayed on public holidays
5.4 Withdrawal Rejection

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, the applicable promo code must be used at the time of deposit.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount must be completed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.
6.3 Bonus Policy
- Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gaming
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued
- Restrictions on using the bonus in certain games may apply
- The casino reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

6.4 VIP Program
There are 4 VIP tiers for regular players:

7. Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Finality of Game Results
Once a game round is completed, its result is considered final. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

- Fraud, fraudulent payments, or chargebacks
- Using the platform for money laundering
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts
- Insulting or threatening other users
- Copying or distributing platform content without authorization
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by ck49
ck49 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions
- Failure to submit identity verification documents
- Suspicious financial activity
- Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
- Following orders from a court or regulatory authority
9.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any bonus conditions not fulfilled before account closure will result in the bonus being cancelled. However, any real money deposited will be returned.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
If no transactions have occurred for more than 12 months, the account will be marked as inactive. A management fee may apply to the balance in an inactive account. The account will be reactivated when the user logs in again.

12.3 Severability Clause
